We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
- Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
- Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States/Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms)
- Skilled in time management and multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
