*About the Opportunity:*
AnthroMed Education is seeking a *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* for an FMLA leave in a collaborative, student-focused district in Hanover, MD. This district is known for its supportive administration and commitment to empowering both students and clinicians, making this an opportunity where your work truly makes an impact.
This is a great fit for an SLP who wants to step into a well-established schedule, support students across K–8, and collaborate with a team that values your expertise.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to students across two schools
* Address expressive and receptive language skills, pragmatic communication, and articulation
* Support students with communication-related behavioral needs
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
*Caseload Details:*
* FMLA role with an established schedule upon start
* District uses a weighted caseload model to manage workload and reduce burnout
* Typical caseload: 20–40 students across a range of disabilities and severity levels (e.g., articulation delay, language delay, Autism)
* Primarily serve elementary students, with middle school support 1 day per week
* Access to shared office space
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP)
* Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
* Experience with elementary and middle school populations strongly preferred
* Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
