Service Delivery Manager Birmingham - Hybrid (2-3 days a week) £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus Our client, a global leader in consumer services, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of all customer applications. You'll take ownership of service delivery, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of platforms. You'll also need experience working closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders, helping to mature service processes and establish best practices across a growing environment.
