Hybrid | Denver, CO Join our dynamic Enterprise Systems team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for data analysis and storytelling through visualization tools like Tableau. You will regularly communicate key findings with stakeholders, making a significant impact on data-driven decisions. We offer competitive rates of $55 - $65 per hour (W2) along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance for W2 employees. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and create user-friendly, self-service dashboards.
Conduct thorough research and validation to link data across multiple sources and derive meaningful answers to business inquiries.
Develop complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various tables to support reporting initiatives.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through rigorous validation processes.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify and implement process improvements.
Document reporting requirements, analysis findings, and procedures efficiently.
Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
6+ years of data analysis and reporting experience, with a track record of utilizing data from various applications and data warehouses.
Proficiency in SQL, with proven experience in writing intricate queries for data extraction and analysis.
Expertise in building interactive dashboards using Tableau and performing data analysis with Excel.
Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated capability to understand data processes and the applications that generate data through iterative hypothesis testing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information to non-technical audiences effectively.
Experience with call, case, and order data from platforms such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR is a plus.
