About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to support active initiatives within a centralized PMO and a Network Upgrade / Enterprise Capital portfolio. The role is a temporary backfill, ensuring continuity for multiple in-flight projects.
The position is less-technical and it focuses on enterprise delivery, governance, coordination, and reporting, relying on technical leads for IT execution.

Your Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end enterprise project delivery within a structured PMO framework.
Manage schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks for multiple initiatives.
Prepare and maintain governance documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reports.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
Partner with subject matter experts and delivery leads to maintain project quality and adherence to PM standards.
Ensure effective handover and compliance with PMO controls.
Required Qualifications
Proven enterprise Project Management experience in structured PMO environments.
Experience delivering operational or technology-enabled initiatives, such as:
Network or systems upgrades
Infrastructure or operational platform initiatives
Server or network installations
Strong capabilities in:
Schedule and budget management
Risk and dependency management
Multi-stakeholder coordination in complex organizations
Ability to work alongside technical teams without being a technical specialist.
Assets / Preferred Experience
Exposure to infrastructure implementations.
Experience with Load Balancers and/or PBX systems.
Background in regulated or large enterprise environments.
PMP or Scrum certification (nice-to-have).
