We're currently seeking a Short-Form Video Editor / Motion Designer for a long-term partnership.
What we expect :
-Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and audience retention
-Clean, high-end editing with purposeful motion design
-Solid grasp of hooks, sound design, and effective CTAs
-Ability to edit French-language short-form content
-Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working with recurring volume
-Portfolio or relevant work samples required
How we operate :
-Per-video compensation (not hourly)
-Continuous workflow with repeat clients
-High standards for quality, efficiency, and consistency
-Clear and professional communication in French or English
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Graphic Design, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
