Project: Functional Property Business Website (Design, Development & Deployment)
1. Project Objective
Design and develop a modern, professional, and fully functional property business website that is responsive across all devices, fast, secure, SEO-ready, and easy for internal staff to manage. The project includes full deployment to the hosting platform.
2. Design & User Experience Requirements
• Modern, corporate, and professional property industry design
• Fully responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Clean user interface and smooth navigation
• Clear call-to-actions for enquiries and lead generation
• Optimized layout for property presentation and service information
• Consistent branding (fonts, colors, spacing, visual hierarchy)
• User-friendly content layout for easy readability
3. Functional Requirements
• Full content setup including text, images, banners, and media uploads
• Property listing structure with categories and detailed property information where required
• Enquiry forms and contact forms fully functional
• Opt-in form for lead capture or newsletter subscription
• AI Assistance Autoresponder integration for enquiries and form submissions
• WhatsApp / Call quick contact integration (if required)
• Installation and configuration of required plugins/extensions (forms, SEO, security, cache, analytics, etc.)
• Website must be easy to update by internal users without technical knowledge
4. Performance & Technical Requirements
• Speed optimization including caching, image optimization, and code minification
• Optimized loading performance and Core Web Vitals where applicable
• Secure configuration and basic website security best practices
• Cross-browser compatibility
• Mobile performance optimization
• Backup setup and recovery readiness
5. SEO Requirements
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• SEO-friendly URL structure
• Meta titles and descriptions setup
• Image alt text optimization
• XML sitemap and setup
• Basic schema implementation if applicable
• Google Analytics and Search Console integration (or equivalent)
• Basic local SEO setup (if applicable)
6. Deployment & Handover Requirements
• Full website upload and deployment to the hosting platform
• Provide full admin control panel access
• Provide all source files upon project completion
• Provide documentation if required
• Domain and DNS connection support (if needed)
7. Training & Support
• Training session for internal users on how to:
o Upload and replace images
o Edit and update content
o Manage basic website elements
• Minimum one month post go-live support (bug fixes, minor adjustments, and guidance)
• Basic troubleshooting support during support period
8. Revisions
• Unlimited revisions during the project period, provided the agreed scope and functionality remain unchanged.
