Developer Needed to Build Custom Email Warm-Up Pool System

We manage a large number of internal email accounts and want to create a private warm-up network that mimics natural business communication patterns to maintain sender reputation and long-term deliverability.
This is not a bulk-mail or spam tool. The goal is to simulate normal team communication behavior between inbox groups in a controlled and scalable way.
Project Goals
- Organize inboxes into rotating communication pools
- Enable controlled interaction between account groups
- Ensure activity patterns appear natural and human-like
Provide a simple dashboard to manage and monitor activity
Support gradual scaling as more accounts are added
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Google Workspace & Gmail automation
- Strong scripting or backend development skills
- Experience building scalable automation systems
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices (preferred)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: JavaScript, API, Cold Email
