• Shifts: Mon-Fri Evening / Dinner service, Weekends Lunch&Dinner

Duties (Host):

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage waitlists and guest seating during busy dinner hours
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Communicate wait times clearly and confidently
• Coordinate seating with servers and management
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
• Support FOH team during peak service periods
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed and attended to

Duties (Server):

• Provide friendly and attentive table service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions
• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction
• Communicate efficiently with kitchen and FOH team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
• Process bills and payments accurately

Requirements:

• Part-time: Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening availability required
• Full-time: Open availability preferred
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good time management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
