Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented HR Full Function professional to execute the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, supporting business growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture,

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

  1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).

  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and business needs.
  4. Build employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  5. Optimize recruitment channels and improve hiring efficiency and quality.

  6. Employee Lifecycle Management

  7. Oversee onboarding, probation management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

  8. Ensure smooth employee experience throughout the employee journey.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights to management.

  10. Performance Management

  11. Drive performance appraisal processes (goal setting, mid-year review, annual review).

  12. Support managers in performance coaching and feedback conversations.
  13. Monitor performance data and identify trends or improvement areas.

  14. Compensation & Benefits

  15. Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and compliance.

  16. Administer benefits programs and maintain employee records.
  17. Assist in compensation benchmarking and incentive program implementation.

  18. Employee Relations & Engagement

  19. Handle employee inquiries and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.

  20. Support disciplinary processes and ensure proper documentation.
  21. Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives.

  22. Compliance & Risk Control

  23. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

  24. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
  25. Support internal investigations and risk management initiatives.

  26. Learning & Development

  27. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

  28. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  29. Track and evaluate training effectiveness.

  30. HR Systems & Reporting

  31. Maintain HRIS data accuracy.

  32. Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, engagement, performance trends).
  33. Provide data insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Speak Mandarin is a must
