Duties

• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
• Manage large volumes of data collection and ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software to organize and analyze data sets.
• Perform routine clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and data verification.
• Support administrative functions by preparing reports and summaries as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry procedures and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry at a fast pace with high typing speed.
• Experience working with databases, filing systems, and data collection tools.
• Good understanding of clerical procedures such as filing, record keeping, and data management.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of data entry best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.20-$26.05 per hour

Work Location: In person
