About Us

Atlas Power Technologies has embarked on a nearly 10-year journey to develop and commercialize innovative energy storage technology. As Canada's first domestic supercapacitor manufacturer, we are revolutionizing energy storage with proprietary high-energy-density cells and modular systems developed in collaboration with leading Canadian universities.

Our supercapacitor technology delivers exceptional cycle life, rapid charging capability, and unmatched power density—positioning us at the forefront of grid, industrial, and next-generation energy applications. Now in the commercial demonstration and pilot production phase, we are scaling with strong financial backing, industrial partnerships, and growing investor support.

At Atlas, we believe in Exceptionalism. We seek passionate, driven individuals who take ownership, value structure, and contribute meaningfully to building world-class clean technology. Our culture values compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement—because we're not just building products, we're building a sustainable future.

The Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Scheduler to bring structure, discipline, and execution visibility to our pilot builds and pre-production programs.

You will maintain and manage program schedules that support manufacturing builds and system integration projects.

Your focus is simple:

  • Maintain accurate schedules
  • Track milestone performance
  • Surface risks early
  • Keep execution organized

You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure build timelines remain structured and visible.

You will not be responsible for manufacturing strategy or executive-level decisions. This is a tactical execution role centered on schedule integrity and execution support.

This role is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating order, maintaining momentum, and improving execution clarity. As Atlas scales production, this position offers strong growth potential into program coordination or operational leadership roles.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project, or similar tools
  • Track critical path and milestone adherence
  • Coordinate weekly schedule review meetings
  • Document action items and follow-ups
  • Monitor supplier timing and material readiness tracking
  • Identify schedule risks and escalate with proposed mitigation options
  • Maintain version control on schedule revisions

What Success Looks Like

  • Milestones are clearly defined and actively tracked
  • Execution meetings are structured and efficient
  • Schedule slippage is identified early
  • Cross-functional dependencies are documented
  • Leadership has consistent forward visibility into timelines

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years experience in project coordination or scheduling
  • Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving meeting cadence

PMP not required. Manufacturing scale-up leadership experience not required.
