Prep Cook

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed
- Assist with food storage and rotation to maintain freshness and prevent waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food preparation role or similar position is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
