Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Omvic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and experience in B2B sales. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your negotiation and customer service skills will directly impact company success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
  • Manage accounts effectively, providing tailored solutions that align with client objectives
  • Conduct business development activities to expand the company's market presence
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate product or service solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, or technology sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation, analysis skills, and business development expertise
  • Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in marketing or technical sales is advantageous

Pay: $688.00-$1,614.29 per week
