Sagen is seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager, to serve as the operational backbone of our sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution by modernizing and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem, automating complex workflows, and embedding our core sales methodology into the daily process of the team.
In this role you will not just manage tools; by aligning our sales methodology with cutting-edge technology, this role will provide the infrastructure and training necessary to scale our sales productivity and create a seamless, data-driven environment that empowers our remote sales force to eliminate administrative friction and focus on what they do best: cultivating deep customer relationships and delivering exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Here is where you will be focusing to ensure your success
CRM Optimization and Strategy
Partner with leadership and sales team to modernize and optimize CRM (Salesforce) and sales technology platforms, ensuring platforms are leveraged to streamline processes, boost productivity, and maintain high data integrity.
Design and deploy sophisticated CRM automations to eliminate administrative friction, allowing the sales organization to focus on high-value opportunities and proactive engagement activities.
Collaborate with IT Salesforce Administration to maintain a high-utility CRM environment, focusing on the deployment of enablement-driven features, and streamlined processes.
Performance Analysis
Track and analyze adoption and effectiveness of sales technology platforms and methodologies ensuring technology investments are delivering high ROI.
Design and maintain high impact dashboards and KPI's within Salesforce ecosystem to drive accountability and transparency across the sales organization, ensuring cross-functional data integrity and alignment.
Sales Methodology:
Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption of the sales methodology and embed core methodologies into daily workflows and optimize for customer-centric outcomes
Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance and use data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
Training & Support:
Support the development and delivery of sales training programs, to new hires and existing staff, enhancing the team's skills and knowledge of our sales methodology, ensuring consistent use of sales tools within a remote workforce.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all sales technology, providing strategic guidance to empower sales team and broader organization.
Sales Content Management:
Develop and manage a centralized repository of high-impact sales content (e.g., pitch decks, scenario scripts, sales templates, data insights, etc).
What We Are Looking For
+5 years of experience in product support, sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role in a financial services setting.
Extensive knowledge and experience with CRM (Salesforce) systems, sales methodologies, and sales performance optimization.
Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools to drive data-driven solutions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
Strong communication and presentations skills, with the ability to create compelling sales and training materials.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels of the company.
Experience conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to support go-to-market strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Experience in mortgage insurance underwriting, and product knowledge is highly preferred.
English / French bilingual skill is an asset.
This position requires work from our Oakville office (4 days per week) but offers a flexible hybrid work model that allows employees to work remotely from their home office (1 day per week).
