Schedule
1911 Gold currently operates under multiple scheduling models due to the nature of a start-up environment. Mine operations follow a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation.
Given the importance of this leadership role in supporting site operations, the Supply Chain Manager would ideally follow a 4 days on / 3 days off or 5 days on / 2 days off schedule aligned with site needs. The location of the successful candidate's permanent residence may influence travel requirements and scheduling considerations.
As the site team is built out and fully supporting operations, a more adaptable schedule with reduced travel — including a greater work-from-home component — may be considered.
