Campaign / Project Manager (Contract)
Our client is a leading global e-commerce marketplace seeking a highly organized Campaign / Project Manager to support regulatory initiatives across multiple international markets.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid - 2 days/week in office
Contract: 1 year with potential for renewal
This role serves as the operational backbone for regulatory-focused campaigns. The Campaign / Project Manager will drive detailed planning, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned across stakeholders, and fully approved prior to launch. The position requires strong structure, proactive risk management, and comfort working in global, matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Regulatory Planning
Develop detailed project plans and timelines (Google Sheets) across multiple markets
Break initiatives into clear milestones, dependencies, and ownership
Align scope and delivery timelines with Program Leads and business units
Maintain forward-looking regulatory campaign calendars
Identify risks and gaps before they impact delivery
Cross-Functional Coordination & Approvals
Serve as the central coordination point across teams and agencies
Manage review and approval workflows across business units
Coordinate translation and localization for international markets
Ensure materials meet regulatory and brand standards
Maintain documentation and status tracking for all initiatives
Tradeshow & Event Project Management
Develop detailed timelines for regulatory-related events
Coordinate presentation development, design, and approvals
Oversee proofreading and production of printed collateral
Manage event materials, swag ordering, and delivery timelines
Measurement & Reporting
Deploy and analyze customer satisfaction surveys
Monitor website traffic and campaign engagement metrics
Report on performance and provide actionable insights
Translate data into improvements for future initiatives
Requirements 5-10 years of experience in campaign management, project management, marketing operations, or related fields
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for timeline planning
Experience coordinating across global teams and external agencies
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects across markets
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience supporting regulatory or compliance initiatives
Familiarity with translation/localization workflows
Experience managing print production or event logistics
Ability to interpret performance metrics and assess ROI
