Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Sales Manager at our Edmonton, AB location. The General Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and mentor a dynamic sales team to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include managing dealership inventory, creating and executing marketing plans, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies and market analysis
- Ability to oversee inventory management and operational processes
- Experience in the automotive sales industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
