Warehouse Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory handling, incoming and outgoing deliveries, equipment operation, general labour support. Previous experience in warehouse distribution along with knowledge of OHS compliance awareness is considered an asset. The Warehouse Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining smooth logistics and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Load and unload shipments utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts
• Operate heavy machinery such as a forklift safely following OHS standards
• Perform materials handling tasks including heavy lifting and organizing inventory
• Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining accurate stock levels and documentation
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with administration and management on a weekly basis about processes and safety improvements
• Use of Company vehicle as required for site supply deliveries

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution (Considered an asset)
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as a forklift and pallet jacks
• Strong understanding of OHS safety standards for warehouse operations
• Experience with materials handling, heavy lifting, and load & unload procedures
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order accuracy
• Knowledge of WHMIS

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 3:30pm (Flexible)

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
