Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Eastern Canada. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with current and prospective members. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating strategic partnerships, and ensuring members' competitive positioning. The role involves supporting existing members in achieving their business objectives and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Experience in sales strategy, strategic partnerships, and negotiation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose actionable solutions
• Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of the building materials or construction industry is considered an asset
• Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
