Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently
• Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant procedures

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is must
• Fine dining experience is a plus, along with familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
