We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to support and grow Cluep's presence in the Canadian market. In this role, you will oversee campaign execution, reporting, and optimization while taking expanded ownership of post-sale client engagement and account growth. The ideal candidate blends digital media expertise with strong commercial instincts and leadership capability.
**Client & Post-Sale Relationship Management:** - Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned clients post-sale. - Own ongoing client engagement, ensuring proactive communication and long-term relationship development. - Lead wrap reporting and review meetings, transitioning performance insights into forward-looking planning conversations. - Drive upsells and incremental growth initiatives across existing accounts. - Maintain visibility into pipelines and forecasting opportunities. - Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on cross-brand or net-new introductions when appropriate. **Campaign Execution & Performance:** - Develop deep expertise in Cluep's AI offerings and underlying product capabilities. - Oversee multiple client initiatives to ensure successful launch, delivery, and performance. - Support and quality-check pre-launch processes including kick-off calls, targeting generation, and asset collection. - Partner closely with Operations to monitor campaigns and identify optimization opportunities. - Ensure high-quality client reporting with clear performance insights and recommendations. - Prepare and oversee post-campaign wrap reporting and assist in case study development. **Sales Collaboration:** - Assist in high-level proposal development and strategic positioning of Cluep's AI solutions. - Support smooth transition from new business acquisition to ongoing account growth ownership. - Proactively surface growth opportunities uncovered through performance analysis and client engagement. **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** - Mentor and guide Account Managers in daily execution and client management. - Provide coaching on reporting, optimization strategy, communication, and growth identification. - Act as escalation point for client challenges when needed. - Ensure consistency and quality across client deliverables. **Internal Contribution:** - Actively contribute feedback and ideas to improve tools, processes, and product offerings. - Support leadership in refining post-sale workflows and growth strategies.
5+ years of experience in Digital Media (agency, publisher, or Ad Tech). - Proven experience managing post-sale client relationships. - Demonstrated experience driving upsells or account expansion. - Experience mentoring or leading junior team members. - Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel. - Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience contributing to or carrying revenue or quota-based growth targets. - Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Experience building forecasts or tracking revenue pipelines. - Familiarity with AI-driven advertising platforms or data-driven media strategies.
