Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor to manage facility maintenance, oversee warehouse operations, and support daily business continuity. This role leads a small team, coordinates vendor activity, maintains building and equipment readiness, and ensures effective inventory control and PPE distribution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly facility inspections, identify deficiencies, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate all vendor and contractor work, including scheduling, onsite oversight, and quality verification.
- Perform minor general maintenance on facility fixtures, such as lighting, door hardware, shelving, basic repairs, and small corrective tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, service agreements, maintenance activities, and contractor performance.

Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, tracking, storage, cycle counts, and issuing materials.
- Coordinate PPE shipments to field sites, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and clear communication.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking of PPE and consumables as required.

Team Leadership
- Supervise 1–5 employees, providing daily direction, coaching, and performance support.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for warehouse and facilities personnel.

Qualifications
- Experience in facilities coordination, warehouse operations, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes or warehouse management systems.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs including Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Word.
- Preference for candidates local to the Nisku area.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks.
