Blackburn Industrial Services is looking for a Licensed Plumber immediately.

Must have experience in commercial and residential plumbing.The right candidate should be able to:

● Diagnose, Install, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water drainage systems
● Test facilities for leaks
● Ensure that local and provincial safety regulations are met
● Replace any products or equipment that do not meet current safety regulations
● Perform regular inspections of pipes and plumbing fixtures
● Develop a layout of a plumbing system in a new building or during a home renovation project

Other qualifications and skills to possess:

● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Good communication skills, both oral and written
● Ability to work together as part of a team alongside other technicians (e.g. electricians, engineers)
● Excellent customer service skills
● Good manual dexterity
● Strong attention to detail and precision
● Ability to take direction and follow instructions

Must have a valid driver's license

Must possess a Certificate of Qualification

Backflow Prevention Certification is an asset

Salary to be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule: 40 hours per week, willingness to work overtime, on call rotation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
