As our Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the growth of our business by identifying and evaluating opportunities for customer-driven solutions that are cost-effective. Your primary focus will be on increasing SECURE's presence in specialty chemicals.
This role is based in Calgary, Alberta.

You will join a collaborative and technically strong Specialty Chemicals team focused on production-related solutions, working closely with sales, operations, and technical experts to deliver safe, efficient, and value-driven outcomes for customers. The team thrives on knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships that support responsible production and environmental performance across SECURE's network.
You will join a collaborative and technically strong Specialty Chemicals team focused on production-related solutions, working closely with sales, operations, and technical experts to deliver safe, efficient, and value-driven outcomes for customers. The team thrives on knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships that support responsible production and environmental performance across SECURE's network.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of SECURE's products, services, and industry best practices to provide technical product and application recommendations to customers
Provide customer support to implement and manage programs
Continually assess customer service levels to ensure clients receive the highest level of service
Actively conduct direct sales activities to identify new business opportunities
Meets with customers/potential customers to execute sales personally to develop, foster, and nurture strong client relationships through ongoing contact and follow-up
Instills programs to identify potential customers and the ability to make cold sales calls
Proactively determines current and future customer needs
Continually learning new information and developing new sales strategies
Provide regular updates to sales, operations, and technical teams on customer activity and future business plans
Sales Experience 5-10 years of related sales experience in the Production Chemical industry, demonstrating a strong track record of customer acquisition and account management.
Post-secondary education, such as a business diploma, degree, or technical school training in Engineering, provides a solid foundation for this role
Knowledge in oilfield operations and processes
Knowledge in product testing procedures
A valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites as needed
Adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prepare technical reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
Confident, highly motivated and determined with a good business sense and professional manner
