À propos
We are a growing accounting and advisory firm that works with businesses that expect precision, responsiveness, and practical execution — not theory. Internally, we operate the same way. We value clarity over noise, systems over chaos, and accountability over politics.
We are building a disciplined, scalable organization. That means strong processes, clean documentation, clear expectations, and consistent performance standards.
As we grow, we are looking for an HR Specialist who wants to dig in deep and help architect and strengthen our hiring practices.
This role is not just about filling seats - it's about protecting and elevating our culture. We care about competence, ownership, clarity, and professionalism. The right person will help ensure every hire raises the bar and reinforces the standards we expect of ourselves and each other.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and driving operational consistency across the employee lifecycle.
The Role
This is an operational HR role with real ownership.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure recruiting, onboarding, performance management, contractor administration, and documentation are clean, consistent, and scalable. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions while supported by leadership invested in your success.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who sees gaps, fixes them, and builds durable processes.
Who You Are
You align naturally with our core values and are energized by the opportunity to apply them:
· You are structured and disciplined.
· You believe culture is defined by standards, not slogans.
· You are comfortable holding a high bar — and protecting it.
· You provide reliable, high‑quality support and build trust across the team.
· You thrive in structure, love optimizing workflows, and make processes scalable.
· You approach challenges with practicality and proactivity.
· You communicate clearly and work well with diverse personalities and cultures.
