Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Brampton, ON, for an Insurance Broker. Responsibilities include providing personalized insurance solutions to clients, understanding varied insurance needs, preparing policy quotes, and managing renewals. Key tasks also include guiding clients through insurance options, maintaining thorough client records, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance. Strong communication and relationship-building are vital to this role, as is the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
Understanding of various insurance products, including Personal Auto & Home insurance, Commercial Insurance, and Life and Health-related coverage.
Strong skills in client service, relationship-building, and client communications.
Analytical abilities to assess coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Attention to detail for preparing accurate policy quotes and managing documentation.
Ability to stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using insurance management software and technology is an asset.
Licensed as an Insurance Broker in Ontario, or ability to obtain proper accreditation.
Previous experience in insurance or sales is highly beneficial.
