Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support customer service, logistics coordination, inventory management, and administrative operations.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication with operational responsibilities in a small business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
Communicate with customers in person, via phone, and email
Process sales orders and prepare invoices accurately
Provide timely follow-up on inquiries and order status
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock monitoring
Work with logistics partners using online shipping platforms
Receive incoming goods and ensure accurate documentation
Prepare and coordinate supplier purchase orders
Administrative & Digital Support
Maintain and update website content (WordPress)
Support social media updates
Assist with email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role within a business, logistics, or warehouse environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Adobe applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
The Following Experience is Considered an Asset:
Experience with logistics or shipping coordination
Familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress
Warehouse or inventory management experience
Eligibility
Applicants must currently reside in Manitoba and be legally authorized to work in Canada. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position.
