Who are you?
You are an experienced Project Controls Consultant with 10+ years' experience in the infrastructure sector, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. You're motivated to join a growing and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of one of our major infrastructure commissions in the aviation sector whereby we provide program management and controls services, general duties will include:
Establish project controls procedures in line with organizational governance to provide cost control, cost planning, reporting, project planning, and risk analysis.
Assist in the project set-up tasks, and set up project budget with agreed work and cost break-down structures (WBS and CBS) and control accounts in the cost management system
Establish project cost baseline in consultation with project manager
Compile and provide consolidated monthly accruals, status reports, cash flow, project dashboard, KPIs and produce agreed upon reports for the project stakeholders
Coordinate and obtain information for the weekly status and monthly accruals and produce the project reports
Work with other internal groups to coordinate opex and capex planning.
Review and analyze cost reports, cash flow, accruals, project change log, risk register, progress reports and other deliverables provided by internal teams and contractors
This role is primarily focused on the delivery of an asset care and maintenance portfolio and will support the longer-term planning for asset lifecycle management.
Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience in project controls including cost planning, cost control, scheduling, risk analysis, and reporting.
A recognized university degree in Engineering/Construction Management Degree and/or Project Controls Certification, or other relevant field
Knowledge and skilled with Primavera (P6) / Oracle Primavera Cloud, experience in Power BI is an added value.
Computer literacy in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience of managing a broad range of stakeholders including working level through to senior management.
Excellent research and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
Additional Information
The base salary range for this full-time role is $95,000 - $145,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
