We are seeking a motivated, early-career Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales organization by generating qualified pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting. This quota-carrying role is a key contributor to predictable, long-term revenue growth and provides a strong foundation for a career in technology sales.

What will you be doing?
Responding to and qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and the company website.
Executing structured outbound prospecting using phone, email, and sequencing tools.
Conducting initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and environments.
Qualifying opportunities and creating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
Maintaining accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up activities.
Supporting meetings, on-site assessments, and proposal preparation as required.
Following a defined, CRM-driven sales process and participating in pipeline reviews and coaching.
How success is measured:
Success is measured through a combination of activity and outcome-based metrics, including held discovery meetings, quality CRM documentation, Sales Qualified Leads created, pipeline value generated, and consistent outbound activity. Expectations are ramped during onboarding and increase as proficiency and confidence grow.
Compensation & Growth:
This is a full-time position based at our head office in Stony Plain. Compensation includes a base salary plus variable pay tied to clearly defined performance metrics. The role offers a clear development path into more senior sales or account management positions.
