Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using CRM as primary tools for recording and planning customer interactions
Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Generate and fulfil account plans as a roadmap to success with quantifiable road marks
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers and how these are differentiated within the market.
Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities to increase top of sales funnel.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance the customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including key performance indicators and customer interactions.
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Education: Computer Engineer Technology diploma OR Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) diploma OR bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or a related field)
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
•Knowledge of power and electrical systems
Ability to review, understand, and convey technical product information in an effective manner to a varied audience
•Ability to work under minimal supervision
•Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats.
•Strong customer service skills
Preferred Requirements:
•Previous experience with B2B sales
•Background in metering or electrical systems
•Enjoy learning new skills, technologies, and products
