Purpose of the Role
As an Account Manager (AM), you will work within your team, all the while autonomously but collaboratively on client activity located between Indicia Worldwide offices.
Vision: The AM implements the strategy and takes full responsibility for seamless campaign delivery, to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

As the AM, you will work with your assigned client base on multiple pieces of activity to develop strategy, taking responsibility for seamless campaign delivery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the client relationship, supporting with growth initiatives and continuous improvement.
Skills, knowledge & expertise
Background in Account Management, ideally 3+ yrs of experience coming with a Jr Account Manager background.
Full knowledge and experience in the Print and POSM industry, being able to help create and intake full printing spec briefs to ensure accurate information provided.
Demonstrated exposure to multicultural and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of all sorts of cultures and backgrounds.
High level of proficiency in Business American English is mandatory and ideally the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in French is an added bonus
Relevant experience across multiple industry categories would be beneficial in the marketing/client management industry, i.e., Media, Retail, Digital, Healthcare, Automotive, Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Beverage, etc.
Direct technical knowledge and experience of the print management process including 2D and 3D production.
Relevant experience working with clients in various roles i.e., Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales a plus.
Relevant experience in an agency environment preferred.
Good understanding of entire end-to-end marketing process, from client strategic requirements to cross-channel delivery.
