On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Junior-Intermediate Project Manager to support the structured delivery of multiple product conversion initiatives and enterprise digital projects. This role is ideal for a consultant with 1–4 years of experience, strong communication skills, business acumen, and a desire to grow within digital product delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple digital product initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and understood.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support structured delivery using existing templates and processes.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
• Assist with organizational change management coordination and stakeholder readiness tracking.
Required Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience in project management, or business-facing IT roles.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated business acumen — ability to ask good questions, engage with the business, and understand operational challenges.
• Confident facilitator who can engage both business users and IT teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Familiarity with enterprise project delivery (healthcare or pharma preferred but not required).
• Demonstrable interest in AI related projects.
• Must be located in the GTA and able to work onsite in a hybrid model 2 days/week in either Markham or Mississauga.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects.
• Understanding of organizational change management concepts, and experience incorporating them into project management plans.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, Prince2, CAPM, or Agile certification (nice to have, not required).
