Must Have
3–5+ years of hands-on backend development
Experience building and supporting REST APIs / microservices
Good understanding of system integrations and data flows
Basic AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS or similar)
Experience supporting or contributing to application migration / modernization projects
Git and good troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have
Event-driven or messaging experience (SQS / SNS / Kafka)
Infrastructure-as-Code exposure (CDK / CloudFormation / Terraform)
Docker / container experience
Experience working in large enterprise or platform migration programs
Interest in working on AI-enabled platforms (no AI background required)
