Reinhart Group of Companies is hiring a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support property management operations and office administration. This role is perfect for someone with experience in office management, admin support, or management assistance who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and keeping everything running smoothly.
As a key part of our property management team, you will handle administrative tasks, support management, and maintain strong customer relationships — no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property management operations and office tasks
Oversee calendars, schedules, and administrative (admin) duties
Develop and implement systems to improve office efficiency and workflow
Act as a professional point of contact for tenants, clients, and vendors
Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle inquiries promptly
Assist management with reporting, documentation, and organization
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Handle multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
Qualifications
Experience in property management, office management, personal assistant, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service and client relations experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
Sales experience is a bonus but not required
