In this role, you will
Act as the primary Wealth Management domain expert for advisory, investment, and portfolio related initiatives.
Provide expertise across advisor lifecycle: client onboarding, KYC, suitability, portfolio construction, rebalancing, and reporting.
Partner with architects and product owners to define end to end solution designs for wealth platforms and CRM transformations.
Review and validate functional designs, user journeys, and target state architectures.
Support wealth platform modernization, integrations, and migration initiatives.
Support QA, UAT, and implementation teams with business clarifications and validation.
Review test scenarios and outcomes to ensure functional correctness and regulatory alignment.
Assist in issue triage and decision making during delivery phases.
Partner with architects and product owners to define end to end solution designs for wealth platforms and CRM transformations.
Required Skills
Overall 10-15 of experience with large financial institutions or insurance led wealth programs.
Prior involvement in wealth platform modernization or migration initiatives.
Must have hand-on experience working with wealth platforms, CRM systems, or advisory tools.
Experience in handling Wealth Management solutions on FNZ platform.
Experience with applications like Unitrax, Univeris and downstream reporting for impacts.
Exposure in driving QA, UAT and governance in regulated financial environments.
Build Test Strategy and Test approach with automation first approach.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Wealth Management domain experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with digital transformation programs in wealth management.
Canadian wealth market experience.

Total Compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between CAD 100,000 – 110,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
Working arrangements
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, province.
