Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong capital markets knowledge and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in Agile environments, managing user stories, and collaborating with technology and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Work closely with traders, risk teams, and technology groups within capital markets
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
Manage tasks and progress using JIRA or similar tools
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Support testing, validation, and production readiness activities
Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Atleast 3-5 years' experience in Capital Markets (trading, risk, settlements, or related domains)
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum frameworks, and JIRA
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and documentation abilities

Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly salary for this position is between $(107, ,500) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
