The EFM Client Strategy Manager is responsible for managing, developing and penetrating the existing customer base. This role achieves goals through various forms of marketing and sales presentations that further promote the value of Fleet Management to key decision makers and reinforce the buying decision while exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. It is expected that a substantial portion of the Client Strategy Manager's duties are to be performed out of the office performing initiatives.

Starting pay includes a 3-year inclining guarantee beginning at no less than $82,500/year CAD with the opportunity for additional performance incentives.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
To ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, the Client Strategy Manager works alongside the appropriate internal departments to maximize the service and benefit to existing client base
Partners with clients and implements financial based fleet recommendations
Develop long-term relationships with decision makers through regularly scheduled meetings, ongoing marketing and acts as the primary strategic point of contact
Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to effectively onboard new clients, and to drive referral opportunities within the client base
Responsible for strategic and proactive fleet management duties based on the needs of the clients
Develop strategy to uncover any potential opportunities to sell additional products and services
Proactively manages the fleet in their existing client base from acquisition through deletion the vehicle life cycle
Conducts various meetings with existing clients which include, fleet analysis meeting, annual client review, and relationship-building
Reviews available reports and analyzes data in order to make proper fleet recommendations
Utilizes resources (Fleet Planning Toolkit) and leverages available technology effectively
Organizes and schedules assignments to meet known priorities and critical work deadlines
Meets and assists in understanding and achieving the clients business objectives
Maintains timely and accurate client data in various systems including, Salesforce, EDGE, Fleet Planning Toolkit
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications include:
Completed Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business Management degree preferred)
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of prior successful business to business (B2B)/outside sales experience
Must live within (1) one hour of Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 3K3, Canada
Must have a valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
