As a Line Cook, you will work alongside our culinary team to prepare high‑quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.
Job Description
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and banquet functions
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Follow railroad cleaing list
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Organize and manage buffets and banquets,
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements
Education: Completion of high school is preferred
Work experience:Prior work experience is preferred. The right attitude and willingness to learn is also great
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
Must know that this job position is physically demanding.
Organized, team player, flexibility.
This is a seasonal position from May 2026 until October 2026
