We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of inventory within our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong commitment to Safety is essential, and all associates are required to follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform consistent Lifting of materials, so a good level of fitness is necessary. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse storage areas.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists efficiently.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE throughout your shift.
- Participate in inventory counts and related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capacity for regular Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety best practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear required safety gear, including steel-toed boots.
- Reliability and punctuality are key requirements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
