We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators in San Jose, California. This critical role ensures the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move pallets and inventory.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with efficiency and care.
- Stack and organize materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock placement.
- Follow all traffic and safety rules within the warehouse.
- Wear appropriate PPE , including hard hats and safety vests when required.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Proven ability to handle heavy loads and manage inventory movement.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
