Seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer for our Charlotte, North Carolina facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment, playing a crucial role in our **logistics** network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Perform **Lifting** and moving of products as required, adhering to safe handling practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Wear and properly use all required **PPE**, including **safety** glasses and gloves.
- Follow all company **safety** policies and procedures diligently.
- Assist with **logistics** operations by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and **safety**.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 35 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to wear and use **PPE**.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics**.
- Commitment to **safety** and adherence to protocols.
