Job Summary:
Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Las Vegas, Nevada, and play a vital role in our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This fast-paced role requires speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our customers receive the correct products in perfect condition. You'll work with state-of-the-art scanning technology and contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using a pick list or scanner.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, using correct packaging materials.
  • Label packages for shipment according to carrier and company standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging before shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed, including cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
  • Proficiency with scanning equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE is required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
