Job Summary:
Join our growing warehouse team in Austin, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics and operational success. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise accurately and efficiently. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will work well independently and as part of a team, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. Your efforts are key to ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against documentation.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using provided lists or scanners.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock checks.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
  • A strong focus on Safety and adherence to all established protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
