We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is fundamental to the success of our distribution center, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are handled with care and precision. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent **Lifting** capabilities, and be comfortable working in a dynamic **logistics** environment. **Safety** is our top priority, and all employees are expected to follow strict protocols and utilize **PPE** as required. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the **logistics** industry. You will be working closely with a team to meet daily targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
