We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations. You will ensure that all products are handled properly, stored correctly, and dispatched in a timely manner. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is a top priority, and strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE, is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and support logistics initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills.
