Role: Sales Support Executive Salary: £28,000 Type: Full Time | Permanent Location: Birmingham About the Role We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join a fast-paced commercial team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of sales activity - working closely with customers, sales professionals, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. You'll play a key role in helping drive revenue by making sure orders flow seamlessly, customers receive outstanding service, and the sales team has the insight and support they need to win business. This is a varied, high-impact role where organisation, communication and commercial awareness really make a difference. What You'll Be Doing * Acting as a central point of contact for customers and sales teams * Processing and managing sales orders accurately and efficiently * Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication * Supporting quotations and responding to product and service enquiries * Monitoring stock and coordinating deliveries to meet customer expectations * Working cross-functionally to resolve issues and keep sales moving * Supporting account development through data insights and customer mapping * Providing cover and operational support for the wider sales function * Contributing to team targets and wider business sales performance What We're Looking For Experience & Knowledge Customer service or sales support experience (B2B desirable) Understanding of sales order processes or sales lifecycle Comfortable learning product and service offerings Skills Strong communication - written and verbal Excellent organisation and ability to juggle priorities Confident using CRM systems and business software Personal Qualities Team player with a collaborative mindset Customer-first approach Adaptable and solutions-focused Self-motivated with a drive to improve and learn Why Apply?
