We are seeking a meticulous Picker/Packer to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be essential to our fulfillment process, accurately selecting items for orders and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics. This position requires individuals who are organized, energetic, and committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and help maintain stock organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Proper use of required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Support the broader Logistics operations by performing related duties.
- Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Team player mentality and willingness to assist others.
