Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a focus on Safety.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Participate in inventory control and cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 55 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and best practices.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, such as RF scanners, is a plus.
- Must be able to wear and properly use all assigned PPE.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
