Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in the sunny city of Orlando, Florida! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our Logistics chain, ensuring that products are handled with care and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a strong commitment to workplace Safety . You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of goods, and utilizing warehouse equipment to facilitate workflow. We provide comprehensive training, including proper handling techniques and the mandatory use of PPE . This position involves frequent standing, walking, and substantial Lifting , often requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - with proper certification).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and repeated Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow Safety guidelines.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures.
